personality
She was something of a mystery, the type to say very little, though her eyes show a vast well of wisdom. Thrust into a role she never wanted, she is torn between her need to be alone, and her feelings of duty towards her charge. The weight of her herd's existence weighs heavy on her, though her stoic nature helps her keep her feelings close to her chest. She is very in tuned to the environment around her, as though she feels the earth moving around her. Not even the pull of the Moons goes unnoticed by Bazil, as she loves them for all their phases. Her home means everything to her, and everything in it has meaning to her. From the largest wildling to the smallest insect, even the plants hold her heart. The other horses on the other hand... she feels responsible for them but does not feel the most comfortable in their presence. She has seen enough of their wars and destruction in her short life and is distrustful of outsiders. Those who have made it past her walls, know that she is kind and sweet with a dry humor to contrast her otherwise light nature.
history
Her parents were the late High King Bathen and High Queen Aezil, who were recently killed when an unknown wanderer had proven himself to be nothing more than a wolf in sheep's clothing. She herself had always been more interested in getting lost in the Marsh for days, content with only the company of nature around her. Thrust into the role against her will, she is determined to keep her people safe and keep the outside world where it belongs... outside of her land. They always have been elusive, but now more so with Bazil forbidding interaction with the outside world.
